When you get referred to produce an event for The White House staff, you know you’re doing something right. The level of trust and professionalism that must be had to recommend Aurice Guyton Events to work with the staff of the White House is an honor. Along with the Kapor Center for Social Impact, members of The White House staff conducted an invite-only, 1 day working conference in San Francisco.
Invites were sent to executives, managers and directors of leading technology companies in the Bay Area. When you get a invite from the White House, you show up and they did. We had a full house.
Esteemed White House Staff include Valeria Jarrett (Senior Advisor to the President Barack Obama), Todd Park (White House Technology Advisor), Megan Smith (US Chief Technology Officer).
Aurice Guyton Events worked with the venue and outside vendors to handle the logistics of the event.
We worked with a graphic design team to create and print all signage, badges and programs and Red Door Catering to choose a breakfast and lunch menu fitting of government officials and their special VIP guest (and it was delish!). Our team also designed the layout of the rooms to fit the flow of the program and coordinated with on-site AV.
It was a total success and couldn’t have gone any smoother. In the end, the White House Staff thanked our team for such a wonderful job and I was even given a special gift from the Secret Service.
