Sneak Peak: Private San Francisco Venue

There are many reasons why you should hire an event planner instead of going at it on your own. One reason is because event planners have access to great venues and can negotiate a great price for you. Last week I was invited by one of the managers of this San Francisco business on a private tour. This is not a typical event space and they don’t rent it out to the public. So why would they invite an event planner to tour it? Event planners know people. The know large groups of people and the right people having an event in their space could possibly increase sales. Great idea right? I often get asked if know real estate people, financial advisors, IT people, developers, tech folks, insurance agents, etc, so companies can wine and dine individuals in that specific industry. This particular company is an office furniture manufacturer located near Embarcadero, a short five minute walk from the Embarcadero BART station. Their office is one big gorgeous show room so the more business professionals that walk through their doors, the more exposure their products will receive which means more potential sales for them. So I am currently coordinating an event to do just that. Check out their space. Wouldn’t you want to have an event here?
